  • Moats told the cop that he made sure that there was NO traffic before he went through the red light. He was being careful. He was also trying to get himself and others to the bedside of a dying relative. The cop didn't bother to listen. That was pretty obvious.

  • "Insufficient notice"??!! Talk about bad taste. Good heavens, the bad press this landlord is going to get is going to be astronomical. I know several good lawyers if Mr. Ortiz needs one. I'm sure that it would be an open and shut case. Harrasment, at the very least.

  • Luckily, I've haven't had to try to get someone to stop driving because of age, but I don't trust the DMV to do it either.  Last time I went to renew my driver's license, there was an elderly man (in his 70s) getting his license renewed.  This man couldn't even pass the vision test …
